You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically acquire the order (the items).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform New-Port BV in writing by post or e-mail of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement. You can use the model withdrawal form below:

To comply with the withdrawal period, you must inform me of your return by e-mail or by post before the withdrawal period has expired.

Packaging that has been opened/damaged and/or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned. The items can only be returned if they are returned undamaged, unworn and unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories and with all seals.

Personalized items or items made to measure cannot be taken back.

The costs of returning the goods are for the account of the customer.

New-Port BV will refund you exactly the same amount as the amount of the original transaction via the chosen payment method with which you have placed your order. No additional costs will be charged for this.
