Your payment details and all entered information will only be used for the payment of your relevant order. This data is processed 100% securely and is never disclosed to other parties.

You can pay online with Bancontact (also via the bancontact app), KBC, Belfius (for Belgium) and iDEAL (for the Netherlands).

If your payment method is not listed, please let us know! Then we will see if we can activate it for you.

your order will only be shipped as soon as we have received the payment. If you have received an order confirmation in your mailbox, your payment has been successful.

If we have another agreement for an order, you can transfer the discussed amount to the account number that you have received from us by e-mail.

2. Shipping and collection

You can have your order delivered at home or picked up in one of our stores.

We ship your order safe and sound with bpost. We do this several times a week so that you certainly do not have to wait too long for your order!

Free shipping in Belgium from € 100

For all orders in Belgium we provide free shipping from € 100 purchase. Your package will be sent securely via bpost. You will receive a track & trace so that you can follow your package at all times.

If your purchase is under € 100, you pay € 5.95 for shipping in Belgium and € 4.95 for shipping to a collection point.

Shipping costs The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg or elsewhere

For all other countries, the shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

For the Netherlands this is € 10, France and Luxembourg € 20

Is the country you want to send your order to not in the list? Please contact us, we will look at the shipping costs of this country and activate them with pleasure.
